 He built most of streets and sidewalks in southern California.

Wilshire BLVD is now where Cedar Sinai is today.

Dolores has a brick from the sidewalks that he built.

It was a HOT summer, 1964 in Fresno. As we cruised around Fresno listening to the Top 30 count down! I was lucky to have older friend that could drive! It was the year that our Fresno girl, Darla Banks was Miss Teenage America! Little Stevie Wonder had the number one hit! Fingertips-Part 2. Yes and KYNO ruled the air waves. Who could forget Sam Schwan and the rest of Fresno's 7 sons of FUN! Another Valley Jewel,
